You must be a current Mader employee and member of the Mader Fam Club to enter.
Submissions must be entered through the form provided.
We'll reach out to the winners by email or phone number provided.
Winners will have 24 hours to accept; otherwise, they forfeit their winnings, and a new winner will be selected.
Gifts are set and may not be swapped out.
